By publishing the agenda to this website rather than copying it and mailing it to all of the churches, the classis has saved a considerable amount of money. Of course, that is a great blessing at this time. Here is the agenda for the meeting:

UPDATE:
At the release of the agenda, the Stated Clerk neglected to include a request for funds from the Bakersfield properties. The report had been send to the NCD for advice, but since the discussion would be coming to the floor, the request would be good for all to have and see in order to prepare. In response to the previous letter to Classis, the NCD has responded and has provided the Classis with the motion they will be bringing to the floor along with grounds. That document is located here: NCD response to Hanford It is another document that I commend to your attention.
